This cleanse is truly one of the best gifts you can give yourself. The 14 days that it takes to complete this cleanse are a great time to slow down, relax and set new goals and intentions. The herbal products used during this cleanse are tasty and easy to take. I do recommend the EZ Tea as it helps with hunger cravings and mood. The flushes were my favorite part! The amount of junk that came out was astounding. It was such a relief to know that this junk was finally out of my body.
